Typically I am able to see you within 3-5 days.  If you are experiencing an emergency arrangements will be made for you to be seen within 24 hours.  If I am unable to see you I will provide you with alternative referal sources.

Currently I am available Monday through Friday.  Office hours vary, based on client need and weekly scheduling but typically include later evening appointments.  Please discuss your individual scheduling needs with me and I will try to accomodate you.

Sessions are 45 minutes in length.  Naturally, if there is an emergency or an issue that must be resolved for safety issues, emotional stability etc. your session may be extended.

You can be in the room with your child during his/her counseling session.  In the beginning children are often uncomfortaable in this new environment and I welcome the parent's presence.  Please note that due to confidentiality with teens/adolescents, they will have to consent to you being in the room with them during their sessions.  For more information about teen/adolescent confidentiality please click here.

The first session, or initial intake session, is $125.00.  All additional scheduled sessions will be charged at $100.00 per session.

Payments need to be made via check or cash.  I am unable to accept credit/debit cards at this time.

All accepted insurance claims will be submitted by Kimberly Green's office.  For a list of accepted insurance please visit the FEES page.

For those who do not have insurance coverage an adjusted fee may be implemented.  Please contact me for more details.

All co-payments are due at the time of service.  Any co-insurance you may be responsible for will be collected following the processing of your insurance claim.  For individuals without insurance all payments are due at the time of service.
